SK bioscience (CEO Jae-Yong Ahn) announced the promotion of new executives for 2022 on December 2nd.

This year, SK Group has established a HR committee for affiliates to exercise the ´ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) Management which has led to conducting independent personnel review, including evaluation of the CEO and key executives under a board meeting on November 30th.

The promotions for 2022 were carried out to focus on the company’s global growth through multi-directional expansions including development of the current COVID-19 vaccine candidate, contract manufacturing and diversifying a portfolio of vaccines and new biologics business across the globe.

SK bioscience has recruited external professionals, such as M&A and Digital Transformation(DT) experts, to reorganize R&D and production-related organizations and launch future growth strategies in earnest.
